Post Doctorate
After finishing his Ph.D. at the University of Florence, Italy - Dr. O'Keefe is currently working on his Post Doc under the guidance of Prof. David Benyon at the Centre Interaction Design, Napier University, Edinburgh. As an Artist and Interaction Designer of a EU Framework 6 project: COMPANIONS, his research is to develop a personalized conversational interface, one that knows and understands its owner, all the while nurturing an emotional involvement from it’s owner/user to invoke the shift from interaction to relationship.
